Assistant, CMA Payments Germany SCDMNT

Responsible for delivering high quality services to key customers (who include Customers, Suppliers, Employees, Executives, Regulatory Bodies, etc) Works to ensure the achievement of customer service requirements as defined by both formal Service Partnership Agreements as well as Customer Satisfaction surveys To gather data requested by audit teams during financial and SOX audits To ensure all contracts are accurate, fair, reasonable & justifiable To understand and answer any queries relating to contracts management To support the documentation of all off invoice activity processes in line with the CoA Ensures that all CMA contracts are sent to agreed deadlines and meet customer expectations Ensures that any supporting documentation are provided to customers as requested Ensures Contract Management procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner Ensures all follow up issues on contracts are managed accordingly to the given timelines. Ensures that all CMA change forms received have appropriate approvals in accordance with the CCE Chart of Authority. Key Stakeholders Internal: CMA and Shared Services External: N/A Minimum of 2 years' experience in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment with good business acumen. Ability to assess a problem and escalate it to the appropriate level A good understanding of wider CMA/Customer to Cash/Data Management area processes Language Capability & expert level Fluent in English and German ERP experience essential, preferably SAP, good Excel skills.
