What you become part of: We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Manager in the Record To Report (RTR) team supporting the Australia/New Zealand business unit of CCEP. The Manager will be responsible for transitioning the financial accounting activities to the shared service centre in Philippines, as well as supporting the RTR continuous improvement agenda. You will support the preparation of the Group's external reporting schedules. You will also participate in the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax returns. You will manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure all tasks are performed in the most effective, efficient and timely manner. You will strive to create a strong business relationship with all internal and external stakeholders. What to expect: With the support of the Senior Manager and the Associate Director you will lead the end-to-end accounting and financial reporting activities of CCEP, including: Period-end close Quarterly/annual reporting package in relation to external Group reporting (IFRS) Local GAAP and direct tax compliance Review and completion of balance sheet reconciliations Compliance with company policies and SOX controls Internal/external audit support Instill a culture of continuous improvement and lead elimination of non-value adding activities Leverage technology to simplify and standardise processes Managing, developing and coaching of team members What we expect of you: To be successful in this role, you must have strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organisational and time management skills and demonstrate an intermediate to advanced level understanding of financial processes. You will preferably have at least 3 years experience within a multinational company or Big4. On top of this, we expect you have gained experience in SAP. You have an appropriate level of delegation skills to promote individual development while managing accountabilities, establishing vision and initiating commitment. You demonstrate teamwork and verbal and written communication skills. Project and process management skills are required to successfully manage audits. Fluency in English is required. Good presentation skills to communicate results to your stakeholders. You should have attention to detail, and apply analytical thinking for the evaluation of accounting and business processes. Completion of or progression towards professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CIMA or CPA) is viewed as a significant advantage.
