Provide daily, on-site leadership for fabrication and installation teams; maintain a consistent presence on the shop floor.

Execute operational strategies and performance goals in partnership with ownership/leadership.

Ensure quality, accuracy, and schedule compliance across all projects.

Manage labor planning, staffing levels, and material usage to support productivity and budget targets.

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to reinforce safety, consistency, and efficiency.

Build a culture of accountability through coaching, mentoring, and corrective action where appropriate.

Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and development for fabrication and installation personnel.

Ensure full compliance with OSHA and all safety and regulatory requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on workflow optimization, shop organization, and scheduling efficiency.

Collaborate closely with sales, templating, scheduling, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution.
