About the Role
~1 min readA well-established luxury home design showroom is seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer to join its growing team. This role is ideal for a design professional who thrives in a client-facing sales environment and enjoys guiding homeowners and trade professionals through high-end remodeling and new construction projects.
This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of residential projects while building long-term relationships with contractors, builders, designers, and homeowners. The ideal candidate combines strong design capabilities with exceptional customer service and sales skills.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Guide clients through all phases of kitchen and bath projects, from concept and space planning to product selection and project completion
- →Design cabinetry layouts and specifications using 20/20 design software
- →Assist customers with decorative plumbing, cabinetry, fixtures, and related product selections
- →Manage showroom traffic, trade accounts, and walk-in customers
- →Develop and maintain relationships with builders, remodelers, contractors, and design professionals
- →Generate and manage project quotes, orders, and follow-up communication
- →Ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and to client expectations
- →Meet monthly sales goals while maintaining healthy profit margins
- →Stay current on industry trends, materials, and product innovations
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of kitchen and bath cabinet design experience
- Proficiency with 20/20 design software
- Experience specifying decorative plumbing products
- Strong project management and customer relationship skills
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop repeat business
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work effectively with both homeowners and trade professionals
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field preferred
- Bilingual language skills are a plus
