QA Line Chemist

Job Title: QA Line Chemist Job Location: Kiambu County Our client seeks to hire a QA Line Chemist to join their Quality Assurance team. The Chemist will be responsible for conducting in-process and final product quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications, food safety standards, and GMP guidelines across our beverage, food, and personal care production lines. Requirements Key Requirements: • BSc in Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Science & Technology, or a related discipline • 2–3 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing (beverages, edible oils, snacks, or personal care) • Strong skills in lab analysis (pH, brix, turbidity, viscosity, etc.) and in-process checks • Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000/9001, and traceability systems • Experience validating CIP/SIP processes and packaging integrity • Ability to work in shifts, with attention to detail and strong documentation skills
