Technical Tools

12-hour shifts | 6 shifts per two-week period
Day and evening rotations: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM / 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM (1100–2330)
Every other weekend required, no call
13 week assignment with possible extension

Requirements

Current New York State RN license/registration
BLS certification (must be able to be re-certified)
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience (within the past 2 years) in an acute care facility of similar size and acuity
Inpatient PACU experience
Critical Care experience

Experience using EPIC Electronic Medical Records

Responsibilities

Monitor patients during recovery and promptly report changes in condition

Collaborate with anesthesiology, surgeons, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient care
