Cedar Park Group is seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to oversee on-site construction operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality and safety standards. This is a leadership role responsible for managing field teams, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining overall jobsite performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site operations
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Preferred: OSHA certification or professional certifications (e.g., CCM)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
  • Supervise and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and labor crews
  • Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement construction schedules and plans
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
  • Enforce jobsite safety protocols and company policies
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation
  • Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment, and workforce scheduling
  • Create and maintain project schedules and three-week lookahead plans
  • Identify and resolve jobsite issues and conflicts
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
  • Support overall project execution to meet quality and performance standards

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move across job sites for extended periods
  • Ability to work in various weather and site conditions
