Senior Site Superintendent

• Minimum 7+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site operations
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Preferred: OSHA certification or professional certifications (e.g., CCM)

• →Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
• →Supervise and manage construction teams, subcontractors, and labor crews
• →Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement construction schedules and plans
• →Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
• →Enforce jobsite safety protocols and company policies
• →Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and safety documentation
• →Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment, and workforce scheduling
• →Create and maintain project schedules and three-week lookahead plans
• →Identify and resolve jobsite issues and conflicts
• →Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership
• →Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment
• →Support overall project execution to meet quality and performance standards

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and move across job sites for extended periods
• Ability to work in various weather and site conditions
