Full-Stack Developer SR (CD - FS - 20260512)

About the role: You'll join Celara to help an established business go all-in on agentic AI to transform how their team works. You'll own product features end-to-end on their AI-powered platform, from understanding the why through shipping.

The exciting part is helping a profitable, established company move through the agentic AI revolution from the inside. It’s not a big established AI org - but you'd have the opportunity to be one of the first there doing this kind of work, with outsized input on how it gets shaped.

The work: The stack is mostly React (Ant Design, Jest) on a Python/Django backend, deployed on Azure with Docker and CI/CD. We want someone who is strong with agentic workflows, constantly learning, and has a product mindset.  

You will be expected to lead through to a solution with flexibility and confidence. Some days you're deep in React; some days you're tracing product flows end-to-end; some days you're poking at SQL Server queries or wiring up Azure / OpenAI / Anthropic infra. We care more about how you approach unfamiliar problems than which boxes you've already ticked.

• High autonomy by default; you'll often be a strong voice in the room on agentic dev practices, and we want you to push us

• 5+ years building production web apps; track record of owning what you ship

• Strong React + TypeScript fundamentals

• Comfortable with REST APIs, Jest, and SQL basics

• Current with agentic AI development — Claude Code, Codex, MCP, building tools

• Curious generalist — you don't need to be an Azure or SQL Server expert, but you should be able and willing to learn, dig in and figure things out

• Self-directed; happy in a small team where roles are fluid

• Strong English, spoken and written

Nice to have: Python/Django, Azure, Docker/CI/CD in production.
