Project Management Coordinator

• →Managing assigned projects in collaboration with the teams nominated from business units.
• →Preparing project documents in collaboration with the business units, i.e project charter, project implementation document (PID), project risk register, and stakeholder register.
• →Supervising consultants engaged on assigned projectsto ensure quality deliverables and contact compliance.
• → Preparing and delivering regular performance reports on assigned projects.
• →Reviewing, evaluating, and providing advice to the Projects Portfolio Oversight Committee on the prioritization of proposed projects.
• → Reviewing existing project management frameworks and recommended new or improved frameworks to strengthen Project Management Office (PMO) capabilities.
• → Establishing and maintaining good relationships with project stakeholders.
• →Ensuring the Bank’s projects and programs align with the strategic objectives.
• →Tracking and reporting on the delivery of projects benefits.
• →Executing other project-related responsibilities and duties as assigned by management to support the Bank’s strategic objectives.

• Master’s Degree in Project Management plus a degree in Economics, Accounting or Project Management
• •PRINCE 2 or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be an added advantage

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant working experience in managing projects
