The Events Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in the planning, execution, and follow-up of regional and national events, including tradeshows and conferences. This role offers a hands-on learning opportunity for Marketing majors interested in event marketing, logistics, and cross-functional collaboration. By assisting with event coordination and related marketing activities, the intern will play an important role in ensuring successful event execution and supporting broader marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist with the planning and execution of regional and national tradeshows and events
- →Support event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, shipment tracking, and on-site preparation
- →Help manage pre-event and post-event activities, including attendee lists, lead tracking, and follow-up coordination
- →Assist with the creation and organization of event-related marketing materials and collateral
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with members of the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to support event success
- →Provide on-site or virtual event support as needed
- →Assist with basic reporting and data organization related to event performance
- →Execute additional event marketing and administrative tasks as assigned
