Provides administrative and clinical support to the Occupational Health Unit, coordinates medical surveillance appointments, manages records, supports wellness activities, and assists nursing staff.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Schedule surveillance and employment-related physicals.
- →Maintain employee medical files.
- →Manage records archiving.
- →Order and track medical supplies.
- →Organize health and wellness events.
- →Finalize reports and documentation.
- →Support electronic medical record systems.
- →Provide administrative support to nursing staff.
Requirements
~1 min read- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant preferred.
- Experience in occupational health or clinic administration preferred.
- Strong organizational and records management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical software systems.
