Lead Registered Nurse

• Day Shift

Provides leadership and operational oversight of the Occupational Health Unit while delivering occupational health nursing services, medical surveillance activities, emergency response, wellness initiatives, and workers' compensation case management.

• →Manage day-to-day Health Unit operations.
• →Supervise nursing activities.
• →Conduct occupational health screenings.
• →Administer immunizations.
• →Perform audiometry and spirometry programs.
• →Manage workers' compensation cases.
• →Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• →Support pandemic monitoring and response.
• →Coordinate wellness and surveillance programs.

• Active Texas RN license.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
• Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN-S preferred/required for lead role).
• CAOHC certification.
• NIOSH Spirometry certification.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Occupational health management experience.
