Serves as the Occupational Medical Director for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Western Currency Facility Occupational Health Unit, providing medical oversight, occupational medicine expertise, fitness-for-duty evaluations, workers' compensation consultation, emergency care support, and employee health program guidance.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Serve as Occupational Medical Director.
- →Conduct occupational health evaluations and fitness-for-duty reviews.
- →Provide preventive health and clinical services.
- →Support workers' compensation case management.
- →Review audiograms and pulmonary function tests.
- →Participate in emergency response activities.
- →Develop occupational health policies and procedures.
- →Provide medical consultation to management.
- →Assist Employee Assistance Program (EAP) activities.
- →Prepare health-related articles and reports.
Requirements
~1 min read- MD degree.
- Licensed physician in Texas/Fort Worth area.
- Occupational Medicine Board Certification preferred.
- 3–5 years Occupational Health experience or Occupational Medicine certification.
- CAOHC certification.
- NIOSH Spirometry certification.
- Ability to suture and interpret occupational health testing.
