Responsibilities

The successful candidate should demonstrate:

Ability to lead and provide technical guidance to acquisition personnel.
Strong written communication skills.
Strong time and workload management.
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex contracting issues.
Ability to review and improve acquisition and source-selection documentation.
Ability to provide sound Federal acquisition recommendations while recognizing that final contractual decisions remain with Government Contracting Officers.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must successfully complete VA fingerprinting and background investigation requirements.
Must complete required VA security, privacy, and Rules of Behavior training.
Must be able to obtain and maintain required VA system access and PIV credentials.
Must be able to work independently in a remote environment.
Must be available 40 hours per week.
Occasional travel to a VA facility may be required for onboarding and other Government-directed activities.
