Regional Distribution Lead

This is a senior, market-facing distribution role focused on building CFC’s presence and broker partnerships across Central America, with the role based in Atlanta, Georgia. You’ll lead our regional distribution strategy, deepen relationships with key broker partners, and help shape how we show up in an important growth market for the business.

Working closely with underwriting, leadership and other commercial stakeholders, you’ll translate market insight into action - creating a more connected, visible and strategic approach to broker engagement across the region. This is an opportunity for someone with strong regional market credibility to make a real commercial impact and help drive long-term growth.
