About ChainlinkChainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi).
Design and scale recruiting frameworks and processes
Lead and develop a team of Talent Coordinators, ensuring high performance and strong candidate experience
Own end-to-end recruiting operations (scheduling, workflows, SLAs, and process consistency)
Manage and optimise ATS (we use Ashby) and broader talent systems with People Tech, ensuring data integrity and usability
Build and maintain clear, scalable documentation and hiring playbooks
Design and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability
Develop and maintain recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting for leadership
Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to improve hiring workflows and best practices
Identify and implement tools or automation to improve operational effectiveness
Evaluate and manage recruiting vendors and tools
Requirements

Player coach mentality and ability to lead from the front
Strong systems mindset with hands-on experience managing ATS and tooling
Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
Experience managing or mentoring team members
Data-driven approach with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment
Based in Eastern or Central time
