Titan Factory Direct is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Office Manager to support our growing operations in Austin and New Braunfels.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can confidently & professionally manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines at the same time. You must be comfortable handling difficult situations, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

→Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the home-buying process
→Communicate with customers, lenders, contractors, and service providers
→Process finance and loan-related documentation
→Manage billing, invoicing, and office administration
→Schedule contractors and coordinate project timelines
→Maintain accurate customer files and records
→Support daily sales center operations

Requirements

Office Management experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience in construction, homebuilding, manufactured housing, or a related industry is a plus
Loan processing, bookkeeping, or invoicing experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and business software
Spanish bilingual is a plus
