Job Title: Parts Puller

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Summary Ensure parts needed for repair and are available and prepared for both internal and external contractors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Review each service order for correct parts.
• Unload and load building materials as needed for service teams
• Gather parts needed for service work order.
• Track and return items that are returned to the plant.
• File completed work orders and returned vendor paperwork.
• Assist with inventory and proper storages

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufactured housing industry experience desired
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. 
• Must be able to work outside and inside a construction environment
• High School Graduate or equivalent training or experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

The employee will be lifting, twisting, bending and reaching. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
