• →Basic understanding of plumbing functions
• →Ability to physically work under houses and use a creeper
• →Ability to climb ladders and work on top of homes
• →Must be able to read a tape measure
• →Knowledge and ability to use computer/laptop, copy machines and printers comfortably is a plus
• →Must be able to meet deadlines, work under pressure, follow best practices and company policies
• →Must be able to multitask and consistently follow best practices when making inspections
• →Must be able to resolve issues calmly and with professional conduct
• →Understanding of all quality measures
• →Understanding of the construction process of factory-built housing
• →Sense of urgency in resolving issues and improving processes is required
• →Must be results driven and be able to focus on customer expectations
• →Must have good verbal and written communication skills; Must be able to read and write legibly
• →Must be teamwork oriented and have a positive work attitude
• →Must be able to climb, bend and stoop
