Monitoring Analyst (Night Shift)

TS Trucking is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Monitoring Analyst to join our Safety team. This role is responsible for monitoring driver behavior, analyzing operational data, supporting safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will help identify risk trends, provide coaching recommendations, coordinate training efforts, and support dashcam and video review processes to improve fleet safety and operational performance.

• →Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business, Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• →6 months to 1 year of experience as an Analyst or in a similar role.
• →Advanced English proficiency is required.
• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• →Ability to work independently and act quickly on assigned projects and objectives.
• →Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• →Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• →Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• →Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
