ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, with locations in Cypress, California, and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling, and we are seeking a Senior ERP Planning and MRP Analyst to join our growing team in a fully onsite position in Henderson, Nevada.
As the Senior ERP Planning and MRP Analyst, you will serve as ANA's senior functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central lead for production and material planning. You will ensure Business Central effectively supports MRP, inventory, purchasing, and production execution while playing a key role in implementation, stabilization, and continuous improvement from an Operations and Planning perspective.
This position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning.
Act as the functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central lead for Planning and MRP.
Lead the Planning workstream during the implementation, rollout, and ongoing optimization of Business Central.
Define, standardize, and implement planning processes for Build-to-Stock (BTS), Build-to-Order (BTO), and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) demand.
Configure and optimize MRP parameters, including lead times, safety stock, reorder policies, lot sizes, order modifiers, and planning horizons.
Translate customer demand, sales orders, and forecasts into executable material and production plans.
Analyze and resolve material shortages, excess and obsolete inventory risks, planning messages, and MRP exceptions.
Ensure planning-critical master data is complete and accurate, including bills of material, routings, lead times, inventory parameters, item settings, and planning policies.
Support data migration, system configuration, integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
Strengthen the end-to-end process connection between Sales and Demand, Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production.
Develop and maintain planning KPIs, exception reports, dashboards, and controls that improve visibility and decision-making.
Train planners and operational users on Business Central functionality and standardized planning processes.
Document planning procedures, system settings, governance, and role responsibilities to support sustainable adoption.
Partner closely with Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, and the external Business Central implementation partner.
Drive continuous improvement of ERP-supported planning processes and system capabilities after go-live.
Other duties as assigned
4+ years of experience in production planning, material planning, MRP, ERP, or a related manufacturing role.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally including implementation, rollout, or major optimization experience.
Deep understanding of MRP logic, inventory management, bills of material, routings, production orders, purchasing, capacity inputs, and master data governance.
Demonstrated experience configuring and maintaining planning parameters such as reorder policies, safety stock, lead times, lot sizes, and planning horizons.
Experience supporting data migration, testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, training, and go-live stabilization.
Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to convert system exceptions and operational data into practical corrective actions.
Ability to communicate effectively across Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, IT, and external implementation partners.
Ability to work independently as a hands-on functional lead while leading cross-functional process decisions and user adoption.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, business, information systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification and experience with Power BI or advanced Excel reporting are preferred.
