Responsibilities

→Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

→Support operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS

→Manage user accounts using tools like Active Directory

→Assist with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

→Provide basic networking support (IP configuration, DNS, VPN)

→Configure, install, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

→Coordinate with third-party vendors and IT teams for repairs, updates, and troubleshooting

→Provide timely, professional support to end users

→Communicate clearly and explain technical issues to non-technical users

→Maintain accurate documentation and time entries

→Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction

→Handle user concerns calmly and professionally, including de-escalation

→Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

An associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience working in an MSP, internal IT environment, or a similar technical support setting.

Perferred certifactions: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Server+, CySA+, MS-900, AZ-900, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity

Strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, client-focused team.

Enthusiastic about taking on challenges in a growing company with a diverse client base.

Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
