About the Role
~1 min read- Work closely with executive management to monitor monthly and yearly enrollment goals, ensuring they are met.
- Assist in the development of yearly business plans, including enrollment projections and admissions budgets.
- Develop and update marketing strategies to support enrollment goals.
- Train, supervise, and motivate admissions staff to achieve high performance.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies, taking corrective action as needed.
- Coordinate and participate in new student orientations and public relations activities for the college.
- Interface with other college departments to ensure efficient information flow and record-keeping.
- Produce management reports to forecast enrollments and analyze historical enrollment data.
- Recruit, evaluate, and interview candidates for positions within the Admissions Department.
- Act as a key representative for the college in networking with funding agencies and writing proposals.
- Enroll and start students as needed.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions recruitment or related sales experience.
- Strong interest in helping others achieve personal life goals.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, develop marketing strategies, and meet enrollment goals.
