Program Director - IHT

CHD is seeking a passionate and experienced clinician to serve as Program Director for our In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring programs. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape high-quality, community-based behavioral health services that help children, adolescents, and families thrive. 

As Program Director, you will provide clinical and administrative oversight for CBHI outreach services, leading a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. You will play a key role in program development, staff mentorship, quality improvement, and community partnerships while ensuring exceptional outcomes for the individuals and families we serve. 

What You'll Do 

• Provide leadership and oversight for In-Home Therapy and Therapeutic Mentoring services. 

• Recruit, develop, supervise, and mentor clinical staff. 

• Promote a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and professional growth. 

• Partner with referral sources, payors, schools, providers, and community stakeholders. 

• Oversee program operations, budgeting, compliance, and quality assurance activities. 

• Support innovative service delivery approaches that enhance client engagement and outcomes. 

• Serve as an advocate for children, families, and behavioral health services within the community. 

What We're Looking For 

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related clinical field. 

• Independent clinical licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist). 

• Minimum of three years of supervisory or leadership experience working with children, adolescents, and families. 

• Strong clinical judgment and knowledge of community-based behavioral health services. 

• Experience developing teams, managing operations, and fostering positive organizational culture. 

• Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered care and CHD's mission. 

Compensation 

Take advantage of our competitive salary of $85,000 - $98,000, compensation commensurate with experience, qualifications, and licensure. Flexible Schedule & Leadership Autonomy  

We recognize that flexibility is important to today's clinical professionals. Our programs operate between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, allowing the Program Director to maintain a flexible schedule that supports both program needs and personal work-life balance.
