Civiltec Engineering is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Monrovia team.

This role combines project management, technical leadership, team development, client relationships, and business development.

You’ll manage water infrastructure projects from execution through completion, provide engineering expertise, mentor staff, and work directly with clients and industry professionals. You’ll also help grow the business by developing relationships, identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and winning new work.

We take our work seriously, but we don’t always take ourselves too seriously. We’re a collaborative, people-focused team that values good engineering, strong relationships, and having a little fun along the way. We believe experienced engineers should have a voice, room to make decisions, and the opportunity to make an impact. And with our 9/80 schedule, you’ll have every other Friday to enjoy life outside of work.
