You’ll work in cross-border teams on diverse assignments across regions and sectors, and gain hands-on experience to make a tangible difference in the communities and economies we live.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement consulting projects effectively;

Assist in preparing technical proposals to respond to Requests for Proposals and Expressions of Interest for public tenders;

Conduct industry, competitor, and client-related research to provide actionable insights;

Track donor-funded projects in Kosovo;

Develop training materials and presentations for clients;

Coordinate with other consultants to ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets;

Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address inquiries;

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, recommending improvements where needed.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as business, economics, finance, or social sciences (Master’s degree is a plus);

Proven experience in implementing projects;

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts;

Excellent organizational skills to track progress and manage multiple projects;

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment;

Fluency in English and Albanian (additional languages are a plus);

Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations;

Critical thinking skills to identify challenges and propose solutions;

Prior experience in a consulting company is considered a plus;

Self-motivation and commitment to exceeding expectations;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
