Apply your knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to map out and analyze current processes

Identify areas for improvement and suggest optimizations that align with digital transformation goals

Have a clear understanding of how system architectures impact business processes and transformations

Play a pivotal role in developing compelling business cases , this involves detailed analysis, forecasting, and presenting financial and strategic benefits to stakeholders

Research market trends, analyze competitive landscapes, and propose strategies that leverage digital technologies to achieve business goals

Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, effectively communicating the value of digital transformations and addressing any concerns or objections

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

2-3 years of proven experience in digital transformation, process mapping, and business strategy

Expertise in identifying, mapping and optimizing processes (familiarity with BPMN is a must)

Ability to understand system architectures and their impact on business operations

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Advanced knowledge of English and Lithuanian language (oral and written)

Strong skills in developing business cases and strategic planning
