Drivers based in Charleston operate established regional routes with a consistent flow of no-touch freight, allowing for productive weeks without constant changes to schedules or dispatch plans.

This position operates throughout established regional lanes serving customers across the Southeast. Freight moves consistently through well-developed shipping corridors, helping drivers maintain dependable weekly mileage. Most loads are no-touch, with a combination of drop-and-hook freight and scheduled live unloads based on customer requirements. Dispatch works to keep freight moving efficiently while reducing downtime between assignments.

Drivers follow a 12-day operating schedule with a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Organized dispatch coordination helps create balanced workloads and dependable home time while supporting steady regional miles. Planned freight movement allows drivers to spend more time driving and less time waiting for their next assignment.

Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions. Trucks include APUs, inverters, refrigerator space, and TV and microwave mounts to improve comfort during extended trips. Equipment is maintained through scheduled preventive maintenance programs to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.

Drivers average $1,350–$1,500 per week based on miles and experience. Qualifying detention pay is available when delays occur. After 6 months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and participation in a 401(k) retirement plan. Weekly pay is processed on a dependable schedule.

Approved riders and pets are welcome through the company's rider and pet program. Drivers may take assigned equipment home during scheduled resets where safe parking is available or utilize approved parking locations when needed. Dispatch and maintenance teams remain available throughout each trip to assist with routing, equipment support, and load coordination.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL required.

Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience required.

Must meet DOT qualification standards and maintain an acceptable driving and safety record.
