No-touch freight reliability and strong dispatch coordination give Little Rock CDL-A truck drivers a regional position centered on productive miles and a defined work schedule. Average hauls run 700–750 miles, most freight is drop-and-hook, and drivers operate 2021 or newer automatic Freightliner and Kenworth tractors. The schedule runs for 12 days followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend.
This is a multi-state regional dry van operation with no-touch freight. Drivers spend the majority of their time on longer runs averaging 700–750 miles rather than depending entirely on short trips to build weekly mileage.
Most customer freight is handled through drop-and-hook operations. Some facilities require live unloading, but drivers are not responsible for unloading the trailer.
Load assignments are coordinated in advance whenever possible so the next move can be organized before the current trip is completed.
The operating cycle is straightforward. Drivers run regional freight for 12 days and then return home for a full 48-hour reset every other weekend.
This repeating schedule creates a defined home-time routine while providing enough time on the road to maintain consistent mileage.
Drivers with safe truck parking may take their assigned tractor home for the reset. Approved parking locations are another option when needed.
