Freight Operations

Drivers haul mostly no-touch dry van freight through a network of established customer lanes. Freight includes a combination of drop-and-hook and live load deliveries, with the majority of shipments requiring no driver unloading. Consistent freight demand helps maintain dependable weekly miles across multiple states.

Equipment

Drivers operate 2021 and newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Many trucks are equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerator space to provide added comfort while on the road. Equipment is maintained through a company-supported maintenance program designed to minimize downtime.

Pay & Home Time

Drivers on this account typically earn between $1,300 and $1,450 per week based on experience, miles, and freight flow. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays. After six months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

This fleet follows a 12-day operating schedule with a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Approved drivers may take assigned trucks home during resets or park at a designated company location if preferred.

Valid Class A CDL

Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

Safe driving record

Ability to run interstate routes
