Drivers based in Mobile run established interstate freight with longer average hauls, organized dispatch planning, and a schedule designed to stay consistent from week to week. This CDL-A truck driver position is built around dependable freight movement, steady mileage, and a straightforward operation that minimizes unnecessary downtime.

Interstate Freight

Drivers haul no-touch freight across established multi-state lanes with a combination of drop-and-hook and live unload freight depending on the customer. Loads are planned ahead whenever possible to support consistent weekly miles and smoother transitions between assignments.

Work Schedule

This fleet operates on a 12-day schedule followed by a guaranteed 48-hour reset every other weekend. Longer average hauls help reduce frequent short trips while supporting dependable weekly earnings and a predictable home time schedule.

Truck Equipment

Drivers operate 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Trucks include APUs, inverters, and refrigerators to improve comfort during extended trips. Preventive maintenance scheduling helps minimize downtime and keep equipment operating reliably.

Driver Benefits

Weekly earnings average $1,350–$1,500 based on experience and freight movement. Detention pay is available during qualifying delays. Medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan become available after 6 months.

Driver Support

Approved riders and pets are welcome through the company's rider and pet program. Drivers may take assigned equipment home during scheduled resets when parking is available or utilize an approved terminal. Dispatch and maintenance teams provide ongoing support throughout each trip.

CDL-A Qualifications

Valid Class A CDL required.

Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.

Drivers must meet DOT requirements and maintain an acceptable driving and safety record.
