→Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation experience.
→Partner with Processing and IT teams to resolve technical or process-related issues promptly.
→Track and meet strict deadlines to ensure timely client activation.
→Provide status updates and communicate progress to leadership and relevant stakeholders.
→Maintain a strong understanding of HealthMark’s service lines, processes, and technology to support client needs effectively.
