~1 min readHuman Resources and Operations Generalist is responsible for performing a variety of HR and administrative tasks, contributing to a smooth and efficient employee experience, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of supporting multiple workstreams related to recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, operations, and executive support.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including opening and closing requisitions, conducting phone and AI screenings, scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, gathering feedback, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the process.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including client onboarding, orientation, HRIS and client documentation, and coordination with hiring managers to ensure readiness.
- Coordinate employee offboarding to ensure a smooth and respectful transition, including conducting exit interviews for voluntary separations.
- Maintain accurate, current employee records, documents, and internal HR files across trackers and the ADP HRIS system.
- Manage inboxes and administrative tasks, including calendar coordination, email organization, feedback consolidation, ad hoc meeting requests, and correspondence.
- Assist with collecting annual performance feedback.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including document management, data entry, and report preparation.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Assign required security and compliance training to new hires and employees during annual refresh cycles.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR and operations.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain HR and operational documentation, including standard operating procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the broader administrative needs of the HR and Operations departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time position. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Additional time outside of these hours may be needed to complete the essential functions of the job.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
