Human Transcription Reviewer | Remote

We are seeking highly detail-oriented and exceptionally strong English communicators to join our team as Human Transcription Reviewers.

In this role, you will listen to recorded audio conversations and review, correct, and validate AI-generated transcripts to ensure the highest levels of accuracy, grammar, punctuation, formatting, and readability.

This is not a basic transcription position. We are looking for individuals with an exceptional command of the English language who can identify errors, understand context, and ensure transcripts accurately reflect what was said.

The ideal candidate has a background in English, education, writing, editing, transcription, quality assurance, or similar language-intensive work.

• →Listen to recorded audio conversations and review AI-generated transcripts
• →Correct transcription errors, omissions, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and formatting issues
• →Ensure transcripts accurately reflect spoken content
• →Identify contextual errors that AI may miss
• →Verify spelling, sentence structure, and proper word usage
• →Maintain high accuracy and quality standards
• →Follow project guidelines and transcription standards
• →Meet productivity and turnaround expectations while maintaining quality
• →Flag unclear audio, inconsistencies, or quality concerns for further review
• →Support ongoing quality improvement efforts and feedback processes

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills
• Strong English grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading abilities
• Excellent listening and comprehension skills
• Ability to understand various English accents and speech patterns
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
• Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
