Who we are: We’re the West Michigan Whitecaps, Class High-A Minor League affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. The Whitecaps are in the FUN business and our mission is to provide affordable family entertainment that strengthens the West Michigan community. You will receive hourly compensation of $12.00-13.00 Hourly Plus TIPS, besides the typical benefits, are free baseball tickets (your friends will love you!), discounted food and beverage, and discounted merchandise! What you’ll do: You’ll assist the Operations Department with the ballpark parking operation, either directing traffic, parking cars or collecting guests' payment before games and special events. On occasion you will assist in exit parking after events  -- and have a lot of fun doing it!

What you need: Terrific customer service, excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for sharing your excitement for the Whitecaps brand. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines in the parking lot, safety is paramount! The ability to stay on task, focused, organized, and adjust to changing schedules. Flexibility is key since every day here is different. You’ll need a willingness to work nights, holidays and weekends on occasion.
