Whitecaps Food Crew

We are hiring crew members aged 16+ to work seasonally during Whitecaps games and other special events at LMCU Ballpark. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our concessions team where you’ll be assigned to a specific stand on the concourse or a private hospitality area.

Who we are: We’re the West Michigan Whitecaps, Class High-A Minor League affiliate of the Detroit Tigers. The Whitecaps are in the FUN business and our mission is to provide affordable family entertainment that strengthens the West Michigan community. We create memorable experiences by offering a fun, friendly and inclusive environment. The West Michigan Whitecaps were also the 2025 Midwest League Champions!

What you’ll do: You’ll be on the front lines of the Food Crew operation at the ballpark during games and special events! You may be a cashier on the main concourse, a food runner, or a server in a private hospitality area. Whatever the position, what you’re doing will be crucial to the success of each event — and you’ll have a lot of fun doing it.

What you need: Terrific customer service, excellent communication skills, and enthusiasm for sharing your excitement for the Whitecaps brand. The ability to multitask, stay organized, and adjust quickly in a fast-paced, event-driven environment. Flexibility is key, as schedules are based on the game and event calendar, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Some positions may prefer prior experience, but our training program will set you up for success no matter your background.
