11:11 Systems is seeking a seasoned Sr Product Manager Network as a Service (NaaS) to lead product strategy, development, and execution across our global NaaS portfolio. This leader will own the end-to-end lifecycle of network services, driving innovation and growth while ensuring operational excellence. The role requires deep expertise in telecommunications, cloud connectivity, and managed network services with a proven ability to bring complex infrastructure solutions to market.

Responsibilities

  • Own the NaaS product portfolio: Drive strategy, planning, and execution for network backbone services, circuit aggregation, managed connectivity, SD-WAN and SASE solutions (with an emphasis on Fortinet and Cato), and multi-cloud connectivity. Define and manage offerings for 5G and satellite connectivity, including devices, plans, and pricing models that extend customer reach and resiliency. 
  • Translate market needs into products: Partner with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to design solutions that meet evolving customer demands, with an emphasis on AWS and multi-cloud adoption. 
  • Lead product lifecycle management: Define roadmaps, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies for telecom and managed network services, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. 
  • Build operational alignment: Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other business systems support quoting, delivery, and lifecycle processes. 
  • Integrate monitoring and visibility: Define product features around network monitoring, SLA management, and reporting to drive customer value and transparency. 
  • Set KPIs and measure success: Establish metrics for adoption, performance, and revenue growth; continuously refine products using agile methodologies. 
  • Conduct ongoing competitive and market research on NaaS, SD-WAN, SASE, 5G, and satellite connectivity offerings to identify differentiation opportunities, inform pricing and packaging, and guide roadmap decisions.
  • Champion innovation and flexibility: Encourage creative approaches to product design, pricing, and service delivery to differentiate 11:11’s NaaS portfolio in the marketplace.
  • Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
  • Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies.
  • Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 
  • 7+ years of product management, with a focus on telecom, networking, or cloud services. 
  • Direct experience building and managing network backbone products and services. 
  • Expertise in telecommunications services, pricing models, and carrier ecosystems. 
  • Proven track record in managed network services, including SD-WAN and SASE (Fortinet and Cato strongly preferred). 
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and ServiceNow to support quoting, delivery, and service workflows. 
  • Experience with 5G and satellite services, including devices, service plans, and pricing models. 
  • Strong knowledge of network monitoring and visibility tools. 
  • Experience with multi-cloud connectivity, particularly AWS Direct Connect and hybrid/multi-cloud designs. 
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams. 
  • Flexible, creative, and innovative problem solver with strong business acumen. 
  • Familiarity with additional hyperscale cloud services (Azure, GCP) in connectivity contexts. 
  • Expertise in Fortinet and Cato platforms, with ability to define integration points into NaaS offerings. 
  • Strong understanding of compliance, resiliency, and security requirements in network design. 
  • Experience in pricing strategy for carrier-agnostic services and circuit aggregation models. 
  • Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for agile project management. 
  • Must be legally eligible to work in assigned country without visa sponsorship.
