Kit Associate

Monday - Thursday: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm +OT as needed

The Kit Associate is responsible for picking, assembling, and packing kits on the conveyor belt and bagging zones using an RF device.   

• →Scan locations and pick items with an RF unit. 
• →Verify items being called for in each kit. 
• →Pack items into a box. 
• →Inform lead when items are low. 
• →Stock shelves as needed. 
• →Pull replenishment for the kitting department as needed. 
• →Seal boxes and sort and stage accordingly.  
• →Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. 
• →Maintain cleanliness and good working order of all assigned equipment. 
• →Comply with all safety and compliance standards set forth by Cohere. 
• →Communicate effectively with others. 
• →Regular and predictable attendance is required. 
• →Perform other duties as assigned. 

• →High School or equivalent. 
• →Basic Math: addition, subtraction, percentages, division, and multiplication. 
• →High attention to detail. 
• →High degree of accuracy. 
• →Ability to meet deadlines and adjust the volume of work. 
• →Ability to read, write, and speak English competently.  
• →Ability to maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance. 
• →Operating CRT, bar coding scanners, and PC (preferred).
• →Prior experience with RF unit (preferred).
