BIM Modeler

We are looking for a Junior BIM Modeler to assist in integrating M&E services into architectural and structural designs. The role involves conducting quality checks, resolving model issues, removing unnecessary items, and maintaining model libraries.

  Liaise with the design team to seamlessly integrate M&E services into architectural and structural designs

• →

  Conduct quality checks on drawings to ensure compliance with client's quality standards

• →

  Ensure resolution of all floating elements in the model

• →

  Remove unnecessary items and elements from the model for optimal efficiency

• →

  Identify and resolve clashes during coordination; escalate unresolved issues for further discussion with the client.

• →

  Maintain and develop libraries to ensure consistent and efficient modeling processes.

• →

  Meet specified deadlines for project deliverables.

• →

  Demonstrate a proactive willingness to learn, adapt, and be trainable

• →

  Possess excellent oral and written communication skills

• →

  Exhibit the ability to commence work immediately

• 1 to 2 yrs experience as a BIM Modeler

• Proficient in the use of Revit, BIM 360, and Navisworks

• Strong coordination skills across all disciplines of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

• General understanding of components of MEP services
