M&A Financial Analyst

The Transaction Support Analyst provides structured support to merger and acquisition initiatives by organizing information, coordinating diligence activities, and preparing clear, executive-ready materials. This role enables senior leadership to make informed decisions by ensuring accuracy, clarity, and execution discipline across M&A projects.

  Maintain deal trackers covering targets, status, risks, and next steps

  Manage diligence checklists, timelines, and issue logs

• →

  Coordinate inputs across financial, legal, and operational workstreams

• →

  Consolidate and synthesize information for executive consumption

• →

  Prepare concise summaries, reports, and presentation materials

• →

  Review and summarize historical financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• →

  Support EBITDA normalization and variance analysis

• →

  Assist with valuation and scenario inputs (supporting role only)

• →

  Set up and manage virtual data rooms

• →

  Ensure document organization, version control, and data accuracy
  

• 3–5 years of experience in transaction support, audit, corporate finance, FP&A, or finance operations

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream projects

• Comfortable preparing materials for senior or executive audiences

• Strong written communication and organizational skills

• High attention to detail and follow-through
