Founded in 2003 and with offices in Paris, London, Berlin, Munich, New York and Beijing, Clipperton has completed over 500 M&A and private placement transactions with fast-growing technology start-ups, blue-chip corporates and renowned financial investors.

You will support our teams on technology based M&A transactions from the very first day, conduct market and competitor analysis and help the teams to pitch and acquire new and challenging mandates. Preparing company valuations based on Multiples, DCF or LBO analysis as well as preparing target and investor lists isalso part of your daily routine. Working in an international, open minded, diverse and thoughtful environment you will contribute to achieve and become the best for the benefits of our clients.

You will be capable of working under tight deadlines within a small organisation and report directly to the top management.

We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and independent individual with demonstrated analytical, financial and client-driven skills. Strong intellectual discipline and a passion for technology are also necessary.

The ideal candidate would :

• Have a minimum of 3 years experience working in investment banking, strategic consultancy, audit, or the technology industry (in a leadership role).
• Have a strong knowledge in corporate finance and accounting.
• Have a strong academic record, with a preference for Tier 1 European Business and Engineering schools or universities.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English (mandatory).
• Demonstrates a strong interest in both entrepreneurship and technology (previous digital oriented or tech-focused experiences appreciated).
