Storekeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory, receive and issue materials, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure efficient storage operations. The successful candidate will support production by ensuring materials are available when needed while maintaining inventory accuracy and minimising losses.

• → Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
• → Issue materials to production and other departments according to approved procedures.
• → Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement reports.
• → Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• → Organize the warehouse to ensure safe and efficient storage.
• → Monitor stock levels and notify management when replenishment is required.
• → Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.
• → Coordinate with procurement and production teams to support operational requirements.
• → Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
• → Assist during stock audits and inventory verification exercises.

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
