We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms.

• →System & Device Administration
• →Provide support for Windows and macOS systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and updates.
• →Manage Dell, HP, and Apple laptops, diagnose hardware issues, and coordinate with vendors for out-of-warranty repairs.
  
  
• →Network & Infrastructure Management
• →Handle physical network wiring, internet monitoring, server room organization, and structured cabling.
  
  
• →IT Service & Asset Management
• →Track and resolve IT issues through the Jira Service Desk while maintaining ticket SLAs.
• →Maintain proper documentation of systems, licenses, and configurations.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience/certificate from a recognised institution.
• 2-4 years of experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS environment setup and support.
• Ability to resolve minor hardware issues, such as replacing memory and hard drives.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of wired and wireless networking.

• Knowledge of IT asset management and ticketing systems (preferably Jira Service Desk).

• Hands-on experience with firewalls (preferably Fortigate), switching, and VLANs.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+/Security+, CCNA, Fortinet NSE, or MCSA.
• Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure.
