About the Role:
We’re a global B2B tech brand with our headquarters in Singapore, our engineering heartbeat in Sri Lanka, and our sales engine in the US. We’re looking for a creative, hands-on professional to own our narrative, elevate our social presence, and build a brand experience that actually connects with people from the inside out.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media & Analytics: Run our social channels (focusing on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube) the way a top-tier tech company should. You won’t just be scheduling posts; you’ll be building a community, tapping into cultural moments, and driving real conversation. You're also a pro at pulling deep insights from analytics that AI alone couldn't tell us.
- Content Engine: Write, design, and produce high-quality content, whether that’s a deep-dive tech narrative or an authentic employer branding story. You effortlessly spot what makes for a truly great brand experience.
- Event Aesthetics: Design impactful experiences, from cultural events and tech meetups to global digital launches. You’ll own the look and feel, ensuring the physical space translates perfectly into high-quality social content.
- Vendor Collaboration: Partner with creative agencies, production houses, and suppliers. You’ll hold them to global quality standards and make sure they deliver on time, every time.
- Internal Communications: Be the bridge connecting our global team. Keep everyone aligned, inspired, and genuinely informed about brand and team wins.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or a similar role
- A Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a step-by-step brief. You take the initiative, see what needs to be done, and drive projects forward independently.
- A Maker with a Sharp Eye: You have excellent visual taste. You can write crisp copy, design a clean graphic, or shoot a slick reel, even on the go.
- A Collaborative Communicator: You work exceptionally well with others and know how to keep stakeholders aligned across different regions.
- A Hustler: You know how to make things happen locally while holding yourself and your work to world-class, global standards.
- A Thinker: You get that every announcement, social post, and venue layout ultimately ties back to our broader global brand vision.
- A Constant Learner: You are truly passionate about your craft, hungry to grow, and always staying on top of global trends.
