Head of CIS

Coin Terminal is one of the leading launchpads in the industry, with 550K+ on-chain KYC d users and a growing ecosystem of products. We re building the most comprehensive and trusted financial product ecosystem, expanding beyond IDOs to deliver high-impact solutions for the future of on-chain fundraising.  We re hiring a Head of CIS to take full ownership of our growth in the region. You ll lead community expansion, drive regional partnerships, and scale Coin Terminal s presence. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of the CIS Web3 space and a proven ability to execute quickly, independently, and at scale. Key Responsibilities: • Grow and manage our CIS presence across Telegram, X (Twitter), and local platforms. • Build and manage a network of KOLs, community partners, and local ambassadors. • Launch and lead regional campaigns, AMAs, and growth initiatives. • Source CIS-based projects. • Drive localized content and brand awareness on local platforms. Required Qualifications: • Based in or deeply familiar with the CIS region. • Native or fluent in Russian. • 2+ years of experience in community, growth, or regional marketing. • Strong network in Web3 and crypto-native circles. • Proactive, resourceful, and outcome-focused.
