We are a global payments and digital asset exchange business. As Head of Treasury, you will own how money moves, sits and is protected across our entities, currencies, banks and crypto venues. You will report to the Finance Director and build and lead the treasury function as we scale into new markets.

Liquidity & Cash Management

Own global liquidity across entities, currencies, banking partners and payment channels, including prefunding and settlement funding.

Monitor cash positions, intercompany transfers and funding needs. Produce short-, medium- and long-term cash forecasts.

Optimize capital efficiency and minimize idle balances while meeting operational and regulatory requirements.

Customer Funds & Counterparty Risk

Ensure customer funds are safeguarded and segregated in line with regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction.

Set and monitor counterparty limits across banks, payment channels, custodians and trading venues. Manage concentration risk.

FX & Crypto Exposure Management

Manage foreign currency, crypto and stablecoin exposure arising from payments, settlement and treasury operations.

Design and execute hedging and risk mitigation strategies, including funding needs for crypto and fiat operations.

Oversee hot and cold wallet funding, custody arrangements, and fiat/crypto on- and off-ramp liquidity. Support Proof of Reserves and related reporting.

Banking & Channel Relationships

Lead the opening, maintenance and closure of bank accounts globally, ensuring compliance with local regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Build and maintain relationships with local and international banks, fiat channels and financial institutions. Negotiate favorable terms, fees and service levels.

Act as the primary liaison for all banking partners.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

Establish and maintain treasury policies, authorization matrices and internal controls, including account mandates and signatory management.

Ensure treasury practices meet regulatory, KYC and AML requirements in each operating country. Support audits and regulatory inquiries.

Expansion & Strategic Support

Partner with business, legal, tax and compliance teams to put the right banking and funding infrastructure in place for new markets, product launches and M&A.

Advise on the optimal banking solution in each jurisdiction, based on transactional, regulatory and risk considerations.

Systems, Reporting & Team

Drive the implementation and optimization of treasury systems and automation (e.g., NetSuite cash management, bank connectivity).

Report regularly to the Finance Director and senior leadership on balances, liquidity, exposure and treasury KPIs.

Build, lead and develop the treasury team.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Management or a related field.

8+ years of treasury or related experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven experience in cross-border payments or remittance within a multinational setup (required).

Experience in a regulated payments, fintech, exchange, financial trading or banking environment. Experience with customer fund safeguarding is preferred.

Experience with crypto or stablecoin treasury operations is strongly preferred.

Strong relationships with banks, fiat channels and other external partners.

Solid understanding of FX risk, liquidity management and hedging.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a data-driven approach.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities against tight timelines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Experience with NetSuite cash management is a plus. Professional qualifications (CFA, CTP, ACT, CPA or equivalent) are a plus.
