Position Description:

TCB is providing an internship opportunity to practice Accounting Treasury and finance skills in a professional setting. This role will provide support to the accounting and treasury team with various projects and tasks while gaining confidence in the accounting and finance industry. Candidates must be available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in the Boston office from January 4, 2027 through July 2, 2027. Pay: $20/Hour

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct phone verifications for ACH authorization forms and wire payments
  • Process deposits, including electronic submissions and in-person branch deposits
  • Scan, organize, and save treasury-related documents in internal systems
  • Download bank and utility vendor statements and reports
  • Record and track banking fees for financial analysis
  • Maintain and update data related to manual check processing
  • Conduct phone verifications for ACH authorization forms and wire payments
  • Coordinate and obtain ink signatures from authorized signers as needed
  • Support the setup of new development vendors in internal systems
  • Assist with preparation of the quarterly uninsured balances report
  • Contribute to special research projects and other tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Great Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers and personnel in an articulate, courteous and business-like manner
  • Ability to convey issues and problems clearly both in writing and orally
  • Capable of working with appropriate supervision and perform effectively under tight time deadlines

Education & Experience:

  • Pursuing or possessing a degree in Accounting Treasury or Business Administration with an Accounting Finance concentration
