We are seeking a Service Leader to oversee daily service operations, lead a team of technicians and advisors, and ensure a high standard of customer experience. This role is responsible for balancing team performance, workflow efficiency, and overall department results. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage service team members Oversee scheduling, workflow, and repair order quality Ensure clear communication with customers throughout the service process Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure resolution Monitor service department performance (productivity, turnaround time, revenue) Coordinate with parts and sales departments to support operations Maintain organization, safety, and overall shop efficiency What We’re Looking For A hands-on leader who takes ownership of team and department performance Strong communicator who can manage both customers and staff effectively Organized and proactive, with the ability to keep operations running smoothly Requirements Experience managing a service team or department Strong understanding of mechanical or marine systems Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with CRM or service management systems Preferred Marine industry experience (outboard, I/O, etc.) Dealership or marina experience Experience with warranty and manufacturer processes Benefits If you have the experience and take pride in your work, we encourage you to apply.
