  • Support secure remote access and VPN tunnel management for staff and partners.
Collaboration & Support:
  • Work with support staff to provide prompt resolution of staff network problems and requests.
  • Collaborate with Windows, Linux, Storage, Database, and Cloud teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Provide services outside of core working hours as required.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current on networking trends, emerging cloud technologies, and security best practices.
  • Pursue professional development through certifications, training, and hands-on learning.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
  • Strong experience with Cisco switching, routing (OSPF, BGP), firewalls (access-lists, VPN tunnels, remote access), and wireless access.
  • Hands-on AWS Cloud experience, including VPC, EC2, ALB/NLB, Transit Gateway, Routing, Security Groups/NACLs, Network Firewall, VPN, Direct Connect, CloudFormation, and IAM roles.
  • F5 Load Balancing, Cisco ISE, WAF, and DNS/DHCP experience are highly desirable.
