Connected/Alien labs Fleet Drivers play a crucial role in the distribution process by ensuring that products are securely and efficiently delivered to  retail. This role involves collaborating with production teams to meet quality standards, maintain a streamlined packaging process, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

• →Communicate with Distribution Manager regarding daily deliveries
• →Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in the presence of customers
• →Confirm all orders that are packed on the delivery vehicle and accurately mark the departure/arrival times on shipping manifest
• →Complete necessary deliveries to internal and external dispensaries
• →Confirm order accuracy with customers and verify order is consistent with invoice; count the inventory with the Store Manager or Inventory Manager
• →Responsible for collecting accurate payments as needed. For external accounts, responsible for counting and verifying cash payments
• →Obtain signatures on shipping manifest before departure of facility to verify receipt of product
• →Pick up product from cultivation/manufacturing sites and bring back to the Distribution Center to count product prior to leaving the cultivation/manufacturer site, as well as count in the inventory with the Shipping/Receiving Associate during drop off
• →Create efficient driving routes
• →Responsible for maintenance of inventory and delivery vehicles
• →Collaborate and perform duties in production, sanitation, packaging and cultivation to assist in production of product.

• Must be 24+ years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Valid license with a clean driving record
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing business environment
• Proven track record of being dependable, punctual, and showcase superb Time Management Skills
• Calm under pressure
• Safety and Compliance focused
